We took the boys out of school a week early, loaded up the Sequioa and made the 18 hour drive to the Chase's. We arrived mid afternoon on Saturday (June 13th) with the GREAT news that one of Rick's co-workers had 4 GREAT tickets he couldn't use for that evening's Angels game. The Chases already had some tickets so it ended up that we could ALL go to the game! Erin volunteered to watch Natalie and the Chase boys geared up the Reid boys with Angel attire and we headed out!
Since the tickets that Rick got from his co-worker were PHENOMINAL seats, we decided that we should rotate who sat there. A few innings into the game, Jo and I decided it was time for us to see the game up close and personal so we went to rotate. When we got there, there were 2 seats nearby that weren't being used so we claimed them! Lucky us! Look how close we are!!! We could almost smell the players!
We loved the game! It's the first major league baseball game that Hayden, Alex and I have been to and it was WAY fun! Thanks Chases! You have made Angel fans out of the Reids! Go Angels!

Your first game?! The Angels are a family friendly team for a 1st game. My girls like to go when we are in SoCal.
