On Saturday, the Larkins invited us to spend the afternoon with them on their boat. FUN! They took the boat down the Columbia River, anquored at a "private" beach and let the kids play in the sand and water. Then tubed until it was time to return to the dock. I repeat...FUN!

ALL the kids loved the tube. You can't tell by Nat's face, but she had a blast! 
On Monday we enjoyed our annual "Raft Down the Washougal River". We had fun snacking on food, braving the "white water", trying to avoid hitting the big rocks, being grateful we had a "dry" raft (stay away you tipper-overers!), navigating with one paddle, and trying to find a way to get to our get out point.

We had a blast with our family and friends and look forward to next year...with hopefully great weather again!
